What we store

Your account email, document metadata (type, vendor, date, amount), and — if you choose Cloud archive — the document PDFs themselves, held in a private, per-user storage area. If you choose Google Drive, OneDrive, or device-only storage, your documents live there instead and we keep only the metadata.

What never leaves your device

Document images are scanned and converted to PDF on your phone. Text recognition (OCR) runs on-device. Only the recognized text is sent to our servers for AI field extraction, and it is not stored.

Who can see your documents

Only you. Every document and metadata record is isolated per account, enforced by row-level security in our database and storage. We do not sell or share your data with anyone.

Your controls

Export your entire archive as a ZIP at any time. Deleting your account permanently removes your documents, metadata, and account from our systems.

Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS). Sessions are stored in your device's secure keystore. Optional App lock protects the app behind your fingerprint, face, or device PIN.
